from evidence-based research — to acensetral and traditional approaches — i’ve dedicated myself to understanding both conventional and non-conventional interventions.
what i truely believe is — if we’re not healthy — we can’t reach self-actualisation or transcendence — as the body is the vessel to our deeper experiences.
I have worked in a variety of professions, including, musician; audio engineer; plumbing apprentice; personal trainer; and in military and law enforcement.
i have learnt about stress, EUSTRESS, ALLOSTATIC LOAD, demand, emotions, TRAUMA, POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH and the benefit of health and fitness.

outside of this, my interests range from strength training, hiking, philosophy, politics, positive psychology, theology, mysticism, meditation, farming, playing guitar, writing songs and reading.
